    Music: Japanese Cartoon

So I got the newest issue of Elle yesterday...

[That makes it sound like I'm actually going to write a fashion post (like I originally intended this blog to be) doesn't it?  Haha!  No, this post is about music.]

...and came across an interview with Lupe Fiasco and Kenna about how they and Justin Timberlake intend to race to the top of Mt. Kilamanjaro.  Which sounds like a lot of fun.  Anyway, it sparked me to listen again to the LF album a friend gave me a while back, which sparked me to look up more about him on Wikipedia, which led me to his fashion website.  Had there been ANYTHING FASHION-RELATED THERE, this post may have ended there.  But unless I'm doing something wrong, the only thing there currently is some super-awesome music playing in the background.  Which leads me to share with you...

    Japanese Cartoon.

Apparently there are still rumors circulating (since January, I guess when Japanese Cartoon sort of...debuted) that LF may or may not be Japanese Cartoon frontman Percival Fats.  Who knows?  And does it really matter?  Good music is good music, right?  Anyway, here are some places you can find some downloads of their songs:

    Army

    Crowd Participation

    Heirplanes

In the Jaws of the Lords of Death

You may also want to visit them on Myspace.
